Spring is a wonderful time in Montana; the days are getting warmer and longer, and the hiking is becoming more accessible. Unfortunately the river is high–but the Morels are popping! We’re also busy at Mustang with our spring to-do list. Just like you, we get a little bored cooking the same old dishes–so we’re excited to usher in spring by changing our winter dinner menu to our spring menu, as well as expand our evening dining options, we’re now open Monday-Saturday, 5:00-close.
Our new dinner menu includes fresh spring ingredients like mint and spring peas in our Minted Pea Soup, and Spring Onion-Ginger Pesto and Asparagus in our Spaghettini, and Faroe Island Salmon pan seared atop Couscous, Chickpeas and Roasted Vegetables with Charmoula drizzle–just to name a few new items from our spring menu.
We’ve also pulled out our outdoor patio cafe seating–we know you’re ready to sit in the warm evening sun while you enjoy fine wine and seasonal foods prepared with a creative twist!
Did we say Morels? It’s been a wonderful Morel season thus far, and Carole and Mitchell are busy creating daily Morel specials–don’t miss them, the season is short and furious!
Last, but not least, one can choose between a rich Chocolate Molten Cake or a light citrus dessert of Lemon Goat Cheese Cake, as well as several cool and creamy Gelatos.
Come enjoy spring in Montana, al fresco or cozy and intimate, either is sure to please!
